Skin Rash

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009
Sven Ullmann asked:

You know when you have a rash. Its an outbreak of red bumps on the skin. The most common types of rash are as follows. Scaly patches of skin not caused by infection. Scaly patches of skin caused by a fungus or bacterial infection. Red itchy bumps scattered randomly on the skin.

Rashes are seldom dangerous self diagnosis is not a good idea. The proper evaluation of a rash should be done by a doctor. A doctor can determine what type of rash you have and prescribe proper treatment. Scaly patches of skin that are not caused by an infection are usually referred to as eczema. Atopic dermatitis is the most common type of eczema. This type is hereditary and often appears in childhood as chapped cheeks and scaly patches on the hands, legs torso and arms. This type of eczema appears on adults on the hands, genitals, eyelids and can appear almost anywhere on the body.

This type of eczema is inherited from your parents. Atopic dermatitis can apear and disappear for no apparant reason but things like the weather can have an effect on it.

The word “dermatitis” means inflammation of the skin, “atopic means hereditary. Hereditary means that it runs in your family.

Diseases that are hereditary often occur together, that is they can tend to make their appearance simultaneously. In atopic dermatitis the skin can become inflamed and itchy with swelling and cracking and can include weeping, crusting and scaling. People afflicted with this type of rash may also have allergies but most cases of this type of rash are not the result of an allergic reaction. This type of rash is not contagious even though spread patterns may make it apear as though it is.

Another type of rash is “contact dermatitis”. This type of rash is brought on by contact with a substance that is irritating to the skin. This can be any one of a number of things including allergic reactions to substances or contact with chemical irritants.

This type of rash can be causes by poison ivy or poison oak as well as prolonged contact with something like gasoline or strong cleaning products. Frequently it is caused by exposure to nickel in costume jewelry. Almost everyone has experienced this type of rash at some point in their life.

Topical treatments such as ointments along with avoidance of what caused the rash in the first place are the usual prescription for this type of rash.

Another type of rash is red or scaly patches of skin caused by fungus or bacterial infection. Fungus infections are the most common. They have nothing to do with hygiene clean people get them as well as those who might not be so clean. In contrary to the myth they are not highly contagious.

They are not easily transmitted in gym shower or locker rooms or on toilet seats. Antifungal creams are the usual course of treatment. Many of these types of creams can be purchased over the counter at your local drug store.

Another type of rash is a bacterial infection. This type of rash is caused by a bacteria rather than a fungus. Again hygene plays little or no part in this infection. Treatment for this type of rash might include oral antibiotics and a perscription strength topical ointment. The over the counter treatment that are effective on fubgus caused rashes are just not very effective on bacterial rashes.

Viral rashes are caused by a viral infection. They can come as a symptom to a disease like chicken pocks or herpes or a number of other diseases. But this is not always the case the viral infection can also be just the rash itself. Many diseases do have a rash as one of their symptoms though

Allergic drug rashes are caused by an allergic reaction to a drug. Many people are allergic to a specific drug and a rash can apear days or weeks after taking the drug they are allergic to. A common drug that people are allergic to is penicillin.

Treatment for this type of rash is to discontinue the use of the drug and wait for it to go away. Topical treatments to sooth the itching are available over the counter. In extreme cases you may require a perscription strength topical treatment.

How to Cure Acne - the Best Possible Ways

Monday, April 27th, 2009
divinebook asked:

Acne affects almost everyone — more than 90% of all adolescents, nearly 50% of all adult women and 25% of all adults. Crossing gender lines as well as national borders, it’s one of the most widespread medical conditions in the world. Yet there’s still no cure.

But there is hope. While acne is not curable, it is treatable. We now know more about controlling this condition than ever before. The secret to managing acne is prevention — stopping this condition before it exhibits visual symptoms. Once you have found an acne treatment that helps you accomplish this, it’s important to stick with it. Even after pimples disappear, you may need to continue treatment to keep new blemishes at bay. It’s also crucial to begin treatment as soon as the first signs appear; the sooner you address your acne, the less likely you are to experience permanent damage to your skin. Of course, in order to stop acne, we must first find out how it starts.

CURING ACNE IS NOT A HEADACE NOW

What causes acne? One of the most important things you can learn about acne is this:

It’s not your fault. Contrary to popular belief, acne is not caused by anything you’re doing — what you eat, how often you wash your face or work out — but by a combination of factors at work far beneath the surface of your skin.

A healthy follicle

A blemish begins approximately 2–3 weeks before it appears on your skin’s surface. It starts in your sebaceous hair follicles — the tiny holes commonly called pores. Deep within each follicle, your sebaceous glands are working to produce sebum, the oil that keeps your skin moist and pliable. As your skin renews itself, the old cells die, mix with your skin’s natural oils, and are sloughed off. Under normal circumstances, these cells are shed gradually, making room for fresh new skin.

But sloughing is different for everyone. Some people shed cells evenly; some don’t. Uneven shedding causes dead cells to become sticky, clumping together to form a plug — much like a cork in a bottle. This plug, or comedo, traps oil and bacteria inside the follicle.

A plugged follicle

The plug traps oil and bacteria within the follicle, which begins to swell as your skin continues its normal oil production. Your body then attacks the bacteria with a busy swarm of white blood cells. The whole process takes 2–3 weeks, culminating in a pimple.

An inflamed acne lesion

Why me? There is no one simple “cause” of acne — the condition is influenced by many factors, many which are out of your control. The regularity with which you shed skin cells can change throughout your life. The rate at which you produce sebum is affected by your hormone balance, which is often in flux — especially for women. Research has also shown that genetics play a big part in the development and persistence of acne, so your family history is a valuable prediction tool as well when considering the various causes of acne.

WE CAN NOW TELL YOU SOME EASY WAYS ON HOW TO CURE ACNE.

One of the best weapons in the fight against acne, however, is knowledge; if you know what causes acne, it’s easier to formulate a good plan of attack. There are five primary culprits contributing to this process. Each of these factors may vary dramatically between individuals. While you don’t have control over these factors, understanding them can help you in your search for the proper acne treatment.

Acne Causes - Culprit #1: Hormones. For the majority of acne sufferers, the trouble begins at puberty, when the body begins to produce hormones called androgens. These hormones cause the sebaceous glands to enlarge, which is a natural part of the body’s development. In acne sufferers, however, the sebaceous glands are overstimulated by androgens, sometimes well into adulthood. Androgens are also responsible for acne flare-ups associated with the menstrual cycle and, on occasion, pregnancy.

Acne Causes - Culprit #2: Follicle fallout. Normally, dead cells within the follicle shed gradually and are expelled onto the skin’s surface. But in patients with overactive sebaceous glands — and in nearly everyone during puberty — these cells are shed more rapidly. Mixed with a surplus of sebum, the dead skin cells form a plug in the follicle, preventing the skin from finishing its natural process of renewal.

Acne Causes - Culprit #3: Inflammation. When your body encounters unwanted bacteria, it sends an army of white blood cells to attack the intruders. This process is called chemotaxis; or, simply put, the inflammatory response. This is what causes pimples to become red, swollen and painful. The inflammatory response is different for everyone, but studies have shown that it is especially strong in adult women.

What can I do? Fortunately, you have options! There are many kinds of acne treatments available today. But first, you should try to determine the type and severity of your condition. Acne, like a person, is highly individual — it can take many forms, and have a highly variable response to treatment. The more you know about your specific form of acne, the more likely you are to find a treatment that works for you.

Is There an Acne Cure Diet That Works?

Sunday, April 26th, 2009
Alisia Friend asked:

Acne Diet and The Money Factor: You Can’t Sell a Healthy Diet

Ask any medical doctor if there is a connection between diet and acne and almost all of them will claim there is no connection. Quoting from the Journal of the American Medical Association:

“Diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patientseven large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne”.

With years of medical education and clinical experience behind these claims, how can we the simple folks who suffer from acne challenge these statements and think otherwise? The answer is: doubt. Doubt, if its stays in the borders of reason, can open many doors otherwise will stay forever shut. Believe it or not, doubt can change reality. Doubt can cure your acne and doubt can even save your life.

Fact is, countless of acne sufferers have reported that their acne seemed to get worse when they consumed certain foods and saw dramatic positive change over their acne condition when they eliminated the same foods from their diet and when certain foods with specific nutritional value were incorporated into their diet.

So why do dermatologists so stubbornly insist that diet does not cause acne? The answer: you can’t make as much money as you could make by selling drugs and over the counters. There is a huge pressure upon doctors coming from the drug and pharmaceutical companies to prescribe expensive medications and lotions that create dependency. The truth is, that your doctor is in a way, a hostage by the trillion dollar drug companies. Did you know that the drug companies, who have no interest in producing something that they cannot control financially, sponsor most medical schools?

The right diet, although not a solution by itself, can, in many cases, dramatically reduce inflammation and even completely clear one’s acne (if you’re one of the lucky ones who’s acne is triggered by allergic response to food). There are less profits for the drug and pharmaceutical companies when promoting a clear skin diet.

The truth is that conventional medications will never cure your acne, simply because they are pre-designed NOT to fix the internal cause of acne. They are pre-designed to deal with the external symptoms of a disease as they create more and more dependency and more dependency means making more money all at our expense and ignorance.

The Theory That Diet Doesn’t Cause Acne Is A Myth

The dogmatic theory that diet does not cause acne and that acne is merely an incurable genetic disorder was based upon two dated researches published in 1969 and 1971 that were aimed at studying the connection between diet and acne.

These studies were the foundation of the ‘acne symptoms treatment strategy’, meaning, because acne is a genetic disease that cannot be prevented, the only way to deal with acne would be to tackle its symptoms (bacteria, inflammation, puss, redness, greasiness), by applying creams, antibiotics, taking prescription drugs and over the counters.

Surprisingly enough, years after the above studies were published, clinical trials and in depth researches experimenting the acne diet link have found that the studies from 1969 and 1971 had came to the wrong conclusions and were in fact seriously flawed.

Recent studies have clearly found a significant connection between diet and acne. It appears that the wrong diet is now thought to be one of the leading acne contributing factors that can negatively affect hormonal regulation and the natural process of toxic elimination, which can seriously aggravate one’s existing acne.

Diet Shapes Who You Are (Including Your Acne)

In the same way that crashing waves shape beach cliffs and just like the wind shapes the canyon walls, slowly and methodically over time, so does eating shapes and effects our physic, our internal system, our physical and mental being, from the organ down to the cellular level.

The idea that an object foreign to our body that is inserted by the food that we eat, has no effect on us, or has no impact on chronic conditions such as acne is absurd. Diet is the primary thing that affects and shapes who we are.

Diet has cumulative effect on our bodies, and that includes our skin condition and acne, which is a manifestation of a chronic internal problem slowly shaped and built by the wrong daily dietary choices over the years.

Acne Diet and The Kitavan Islanders

While in the U.S, more than 80% of teenagers between 16 and 18 have acne and more than 17 million Americans suffer from some form of acne, there is an interesting evidence that native people that live and eat in traditional ways, have significantly lower to no occurrences of acne.

In 2002, Dr. Cordain and his colleagues published a landmark study that examined 300 people living in the Kitavan Islands off the coast of Papua New Guinea that showed that none of the islanders had even one blemish on his or her face. Similar to the Kitavans, no case of acne had been observed when the same experiment had been conducted upon the South American Indians called the Ache, living in a remote jungle in eastern Paraguay.

The natives of Kitavan and the South American Indians had no access to the latest over the counters, topical creams or conventional acne medications and they had no dermatologist to consult with. The only vast difference between them and American or European citizens is their diet.

Acne Diet and Sugar: The Sweet Poison

Did you know that sugar is a 100% pure chemical with zero nutritional value? Recent studies have clearly shown a connection between the consumption of sugar and the aggravation of acne.

When you consume any form of refined carbohydrates (white sugar, white flour, white rice) here’s what happens: right after you insert that ’sweet poison’ into your body, it rapidly spikes up your blood sugar levels. Your body needs to bring those levels down so it secrets a surge of insulin, other male hormones and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. The excretion of these hormones overwhelms your liver and your internal system in general. The excess of male hormones encourages the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum oil: The greasy substance that encourages the p.acne bacteria to grow, resulting in the aggravation of your acne.

Acne Diet and Dairy Products: Got Milk? Got Acne

Milk (all dairy products included) is the most harmful, mucus forming, allergenic and acne aggravating food you can find. If you thought sugar can aggravate your acne, here’s another major nutritional player in the formation of acne: behold the miracles of milk. Surprised? I thought so. After years of constant brainwashing by the media, who can blame us for thinking milk is good for strong bones and healthy teeth? The truth is: every sip of milk contains 59 different raging hormones, (which trigger the hyper-production of sebum oil resulting in more acne), saturated animal fat, steroid hormones, dead white blood cells, and cow pus in abundance!

Did you know that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows 750 million pus cells in every liter of milk (about two pounds) produced in America? Think about it, the next time you pop a pimple.

Scientific studies already point the finger at milk as one of the worst acne aggravating foods: “As pointed out by Dr. Jerome Fisher, ‘About 80 percent of cows that are giving milk are pregnant and are throwing off hormones continuously.’ Progesterone breaks down into androgens, which have been implicated as a factor in the development of acne…Dr. Fisher observed that his teenage acne patients improved as soon as the milk drinking stopped.”

If there’s one element you should remove from your diet in the quest for clear skin make it this one. Not only will you see an immediate improvement over your acne, you’ll feel a huge weight has been lifted from your body. If you worry about calcium intake, don’t! Milk being acidic forming food creates a leeching effect where calcium is taken from your bones to balance the acidity. Milk actually deprives your body from its calcium resources. Green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds are not only excellent sources of calcium they also have the powers to help you fight your acne symptoms.

Diet Is Only One of The Factors That Cause Acne

Dairy products and sugar are not the only acne aggravating foods. The two above cannot sum up the list of western made acne triggering foods. There are several other foods you should clearly stay away from if you ever wish to clear your acne. The good new is that there are tons of other foods such as essential fatty acids that are not only excellent for your skin, they can actually help you clear your acne, by re-balancing your body and promoting to an acne-free environment.

The right nutrition plays an important part in the complex process of acne formation. When doctors claim there is no link between diet and acne because certain individuals can eat specific foods and get acne while others eat the same foods and don’t, these doctors have failed to realize that there are several factors involved in the formation and aggravation of acne and diet is only ONE of them.

How to Cure Acne Overnight - Too Good to be True?

Sunday, April 26th, 2009
Ace Bill asked:

Yes, you can get rid of acne overnight too starting right now. Read on to discover what this astonishing secret is and how you can get rid of acne overnight too…

Are you sick of suffering from acne? Would you like to know how to cure your acne overnight? Or at least learn how to cure it in 72 hours or less? Acne can be an emotional condition as well as a physical skin ailment. Because acne can be such an emotional problem, people want to find an acne cure or treatment that will work fast.

How to Cure Acne Overnight: So-Called Fast Acne Cures

But unfortunately most so-called promised fast acne cures are too good to be true. You see many of the people selling the so-called miracle cures are preying on the emotional distress of those suffering from acne so that those looking for the cure will cough up their hard earned money for the so-called cure.

Many emotional affected by acne are seeing more clearly now that corporate acne pills, lotions, and potions are not truly effective and are more gimmicks than real results. People are seeing that these prescription treatments and drugs are all about the same. The only thing different about them is the way they are marketed to create sales within their corporate empires.

And since these mass-produced commercial acne products are not natural treatments, they can actually cause more harm than good.

How to Cure Acne Overnight: All-Natural Fast Acne Cures?

So are there any real acne cures? Are there any real acne cures that are fast and legit? And finally are there any acne cures that are all-natural? These are the questions that run through the mind of someone fed up and emotional upset about having to remain a slave to acne.

Fortunately there are others who have suffered with acne and found the answers to those common acne cure questions.

Some of the initial research found on curing acne natural and fast safely includes some of the following answers.

1. Topical treatments or rather treatments that involve direct skin contact will not clear up acne.

 2. Your acne must be cleansed from the inside instead. It cannot be cleansed from the outside.

 3. Acne is mainly caused by toxins contained from within your body. Acne is a direct result of having a toxic body.

4. The fastest way to cure acne is by detoxifying your inner vessel.

How to Cure Acne Overnight: Detoxifying Your Body?

A fast and safe way to cleanse your inner vessel of built of toxins is to drink lots of water.   Combining the cleansing of your body with also keeping your stress levels down will clear up your acne. You can keep your stress levels in check by getting plenty of sleep and finding ways to relax.

But if detoxifying your body was as simple as only drinking lots of water than you probably wouldn’t be reading to this point in this article on curing acne naturally because chances are you already tried drinking lots of water haven’t you?

To truly detoxify your body if you contain a more potent and complex form of acne involves a very specific formula of all-natural ingredients that can be found around your kitchen already.   This detailed formula for curing acne fast and naturally was invented or at least composed by Chris Gibson who was suffered with acne himself for over 10 years before researching a way to finally get the answers he needed to conquer his disease of acne forever.

This detailed formula claims to clear up your acne in 3 days or less. Is it too good to be true? Well his cure has sold over 100,000 copies and is the most popular all natural cure as far as volume of copies sold.

Mr. Gibson’s natural acne cure guide may just be what you are looking for to cure your acne almost overnight. 3 days as claimed by Chris Gibson isn’t exactly overnight but almost.

Types of Acne

Thursday, April 23rd, 2009
naturalremedies asked:

Acne is a skin disorder that usually happens when a person is in the teens. During that particular period of life, in both male and female bodies, Androgen, a male *** hormone, increases. This increase of Androgen does not necessarily happen in everybodys body. But in whosever’s body this increase happens, it causes overproduction of sebum and keratin. This results in clogged pores of the skin and infection. This is called acne. In the case of acne the hormones can create acne beyond teenage years. Especially among women this trend is seen.

Acne is actually caused by three things: imbalanced hormones, toxic colon and diet issues, as well as toxic and congested liver.

Before you can treat your acne, it is important to understand that there are different types of acne. By understanding what type of acne you have, will help you choose the right treatment to control or cure it.

First of all there are two types of acne which are non-inflammatory acne and inflammatory acne. Non-inflammatory Acne are Whiteheads and Blackheads. Inflammatory Acne are Pustule Acne, Nodule Acne, Cyst Acne and Milia Acne.

In many cases acne can be avoided. There are lots of ways to avoid acne. Ways to avoid acne include dietary changes, skin care and home treatments.

Acne prevention is not something that only people without acne should take a look. Instead, acne sufferers should really pay attention to that because it can help them reduce their acne and make their skin look better.

When your dermatologist suggests a dermatologist lotion for acne prone patients it may or may not be a prescription. There is more than one dermatologist lotion for acne prone patients and your doctor can discuss your options.

If you suffer from acne, you may need acne skin care products. There are lots of acne skin care products on the market.

Acne natural and one step solutions are frequently being searched for by teenagers and adults all over the world. This article will list some of the best natural acne one step solutions that really work.

Other acne treatments may help, but diet for acne is easily the most effective method of clearing up your acne problem.

Home acne remedies: Wash the face thoroughly with a non-oily face wash twice a day. After wiping off the water from the face apply tea-tree oil on the face. This can reduce the acne chances. Don’t apply any oily or chemical cosmetics on the face. Apart from this basic acne remedy you can also use natural cleansers for better results.

Changes in your diet can be another one of the best acne treatments. Some people insist that one of the best acne treatments is to eat a high-fiber diet

If you really want to get rid of your acne and achieve a long-term acne free skin. You have to correct the very root problem that is causing acne. You need an internal acne treatment and not the external acne treatments you see today.

You should know that acne is just an external feedback to a much larger problem happening on the inside of your body, and not your skin itself.

Chicken Pox Fact Sheet

Saturday, April 18th, 2009
Groshan Fabiola asked:

Chicken pox is generally known as the children’ s disease. Adults can catch chicken pox as well, but only the ones that have not head chicken pox when they were children. Doctors refer to chicken pox as varicella, which is a very contagious medical condition. If you have contact with a person that has chicken pox, it will take about two week for you to get infected as well. This is known as the incubation period of chicken pox. After only a couple of days from infection, a rash will appear on your body. This is the incipient form of chicken pox. Afterwards, the rash turns into blisters, which in turn burst and ultimately scab over. Winter and spring are the most likely season to develop chicken pox.

Besides the rash that you get on your skin when suffering from chicken pox, there are also some other symptoms that might indicate that you have been infected. If you have a slight fever, for no apparent reason, or if you suffer from a headache, you can blame these conditions on chicken pox. If you have been infected with chicken pox, do not expect this disease to disappear in a few days. From the first signs of chicken pox, you will probably be sick almost a month. However, there are chicken pox cases where the patients will suffer no more than ten days. The usual chicken pox cases last about two and a half weeks.

The first sign of chicken pox, as I have mentioned earlier is a rash that appears on your skin. Your chest and the upper part of your back are the first places that the tiny and red spots will appear at first. If you are one of those people that suffer from a severe case of chicken pox, then your face and the extremities of your body will also be covered by the rash. These little spots will soon become blisters, which eventually form scabs. Scabs is the last stage of chicken pox.

There is more than one case for chicken pox. The most common is a virus called herpes zoster. Because chicken pox is highly contagious, if you have contact with the blisters that are broken, you will get infected as well, that is of course, if you have not had chicken pox before. A weak immune system can also put you more at risk of developing chicken pox.

Vitamins For Acne: Can They Cure Your Acne Forever?

Friday, April 17th, 2009
Mike H. Walden asked:

Acne that affects millions of Americans today has created such a widespread market for ‘Vitamins for Acne’ that a regular industry has sprung up throughout the continental USA which is spreading its tentacles all over the country like never before. And I, as a lifelong acne researcher, now find it as one of my duties to shed some valuable light on the subject.

Primarily, I do not consider any vitamin for acne supplement will ever be able to cure your acne alone. It matters little whether it consists of b5 overdose therapy, vitamin a or zinc or a combination of both - the result is the same. However, to know more about the friendly ‘vitamins for acne’ and their role in curing acne, I need a few of your valued moments. Stay with me for a couple of minutes or more if you wish to gain a first hand knowledge about the topic but remain rest assured that a couple of sugar-coated vitamin pills every morning can never rid you of your adolescent acne how much you may **** or love it.

Though it may sound a bit discouraging, the statement made above is not aimed at disheartening you from taking this option of becoming acne free for the rest of your life since there are quite a few vitamins and minerals that often play crucial roles in the process of curing acne naturally. Also, if taken in the right proportion synergistically, vitamins can prove fairly effective in helping the system to clean itself of biological debris faster than prescription medications. They also help restore the long lost hormonal balance, bringing back the healing process of your skin much more rapidly than any other known resources.

However, wanton use of vitamins without the aid of professional consultation may prove perilous and its overdose can be lethal in the long run. So, if you are serious, go visit a medical doctor or a dermatologist, take his or her opinion and then go for a course of vitamin for acne. But whatever you do, follow the instructions carefully, taking the medications according to timings set by the specialist.

Meanwhile, I shall also try to converse about the true relationship of the vitamin for acne supplement and the natural holistic method of treatment that cures acne naturally for good.

Vitamins for Acne - how do they interact with each other?

Hormonal imbalance in the body and undue build up of toxic matters in the blood and lymphatic glands are said to be two major factors that cause acne formation in human beings. These are the two internal causes because of which acne gets formed. No vitamins for acne can tackle both the issues in its singular capacity, they nevertheless can help the body in releasing most of the toxicity and thus becoming internally cleaner.

How are vitamins for acne necessary? They supply the nutrients that can regulate the hormones. And when these nutrients are not there, the body’s own hormonal regulation system may end up malfunctioning, and this will naturally lead to an imbalance of the hormones.

Furthermore, vitamins for acne can also boost up your body with significant nutrients vitally useful for restoring the lost hormonal balance that the body desperately craves for. Curiously enough, studies have proved that most acne sufferers are deficient with those nutrients where the supplements come handy in restoring them in their proper perspective. Of particular significance are some fatty acids in the form of vitamins that really work wonders in most people suffering from acne.

There are a few more secondary factors that cause acne and the vitamins for acne supplements can take care of them too. They ensure that the body’s internal mechanism to fight these factors is strengthened and this aids in healing.

Some common Vitamin for Acne

Save and except some types of vitamins that are usually not so user-friendly, there are quite a few vitamins like vitamin A, B (B- complex more) and C, E, magnesium and zinc which are beneficial to acne sufferers in a great way. Those who have acne are often deficient in them.

These combo vitamins are said to have numerous positive properties which include stabilizing the hormones, fighting the free radicals, strengthening of the immune system, controlling the sebum production and improving the skin healing process. As an added bonus, they are said to have special agents that reduce stress, the major cause of hormonal imbalance in men and women.

Natural sulfur or MSM is yet another supplement that is crucial to acne prone skin. They ensure that the body has the essential fatty acids like Omega 3, 6 and 9 - all obtained from natural sources which contribute towards regulating hormone secretion and so can improve one’s acne condition overnight.

But you will still need to remember a few points. Do keep in mind that you should never take more vitamins for acne supplement than what has been prescribed to you. What is important is to take the right combination and that too at the right quantity - this will ensure that the results are optimized. You need to also take them at the right time. This will ensure that the level of absorption is correct so that they can efficiently help you get rid of the acne.

The last word

Given the proper perspective, vitamins for acne can do their job well. However, there are precise classes of vitamins to suit various needs. Some vitamins are needed for nutritional purposes and for improving the healing process of the skin, while others are meant for balancing the hormones and stimulating the organs of elimination to a fine degree so that the detoxification becomes perfect. Vitamin supplements can also help in skin repair, collagen formation, improving the immune system and in keeping stress under control

However, it should always be remembered that acne is never caused by lack of vitamins in the body and so it may be wrong to deduce that its replenishment would automatically rid the body of this distressing disease condition. Acne is basically quite a complex type of ailment that can be triggered by numerous factors, some of which are internal, some external. It, therefore, requires an equally complex therapeutic procedure to release its hold on the affected person in which vitamins at best can work as catalytic agents.

But, in most cases they are quite dutiful agents, doing their part well. And in this complex procedure, choosing a holistic method of treatment is indeed the last word since it is comprehensive, all-inclusive and probably the broadest spectrum healing procedure ever known to humanity. Vitamins for acne and the holistic approach has to work together to create the right environment that can fight acne successfully.

Acne Treatment That Works In The Long Run

Mike Walden asked:

Sad is the case that most people who have acne believe that the problem was within themselves and not the treatment itself once it has failed. And that too even after all the acne treatments fail. The reasons shown are many such as weakness in the genes, lack of ambition, and other causes. There are others who also believe that acne will go away in time because it is something temporary.

Needless to say, these believes are untrue. And the sad reality is, as many as 99% treatment options you come across cannot cure the acne, no matter what effort you put in. You need also to know that acne is not temporary: the problem needs to be solved for it to go away.

The acne I personally suffered from was very severe and I suffered for 7 long years. And in this time I carried out a lot of testing, experimenting and research and I tried all the acne treatments that are out there, but the results were all negative. Some of these acne treatments even made the condition worse and lead to more outbreaks. But finally I found the acne equation that works; here`s the foundation theory that leads to successful acne cure. Since then, I have helped thousands of sufferers get rid of their acne with this equation.

If you are suffering from acne, you also need to get rid of it and have a great acne free skin. I will show you the way to achieve this. Let others not misguide you.

But why do all the acne treatments that are available fail to deliver? In this report I will discuss this issue. I will also inform you about the only acne treatment that works to effectively give you the clear skin that you deserve.

All the acne treatments people try fail: why?

The reason for this remains in the fact that what you see on the skin: that is the acne, is merely the symptom, and the problem remains on the inside. There are internal issues or imbalances that are causing the acne. So these imbalances need to be tackled. If you cannot or do not negate these internal contributing factors, then the acne will never be gone.

The problem is, all the acne treatments that you will come across aim to fix the symptoms by either the overproduction of Accutane (sebum), inflammation and puss and the acne bacteria (Benzoyl Peroxide or antibiotics). They at best aim at just some of the internal factors such as detox diets and herbal remedies.

Because of this, there are no acne treatments that can permanently get rid of the issue. They make the mistake of either completely ignoring the root causes or at best just targeting a few of them.

The only effective acne treatment that works is the holistic approach.

The prerequisite to curing acne permanently is the knowledge that acne is just the problem itself, but it is actually the symptom of an internal problem. It also needs to be understood that there are multiple factors that are causing the acne. The acne growths appear because of both internal and external issues such as lifestyle related factors, and all of them need to be fixed for the acne to go permanently.

The holistic path addresses all of these issues efficiently. The holistic treats all the contributing factors of acne and acknowledges that it is not the disease itself, but just its symptom. With this approach you can effectively treat the internal complex conditions, which is necessary to eradicate the acne problem from the root.

Accept this as a fact and take up the holistic treatment path and the acne will be uprooted from the inside. As a result, the acne will be cured permanently and you will at last have the clear skin that you always wanted.
